Application is now available online. Please complete either the Renter or the Owner application. You will still be required to come to the office and complete the application process but this will be done by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact our office by phone at 817-598-0402. We look forward to serving your water needs. When applying for new service, you will need to provide a photo ID, proof of ownership or copy of lease. The initial deposit/fees will need to be paid up front in cash or money order/cashiers check. Credit/Debit cards are NOT ACCEPTED in office.
