Standard Residential Service Rates

Our community's water meters are read each month between the 12th-15th. If you have dogs, please make sure they are in an area that will not prohibit operator from reading the meter. If we are unable to read your meter due to an animal, locked gate or debris on top of meter box, you will be charged $100.00 for Unable to Read. This is in addition of the estimated bill you will receive. Please contact our office for any additional information.
